Burnout ::
Is the daily grind showing the strain – is it burnout?

Lack of time, deadline pressure, chronic conflicts, noise, worries, mobbing, excessive demands on performance, fear of failure, perfectionism as well as sensory overload are unfortunately part of the everyday life of many people and can lead to burn-out.
The term “burn-out” describes a physical, mental and emotional condition of exhaustion due to professional or mental overload. Symptoms that can occur are: a withdrawal from social contacts, obvious behavioral changes, a feeling of worthlessness, increasing anxiety, a sense of inner emptiness, depression, indifference, hopelessness, exhaustion, and a lack of prospects.
